Meeting bots sit in the participant list and change how people talk. Epilude records from your Mac instead: your microphone and the meeting audio, captured on your side. Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Slack huddles, or a conversation across the table. If your Mac can hear it, Epilude can take the notes.

Summaries that match the meeting
A standup is not a sales call. Epilude classifies each meeting automatically and shapes the summary to it: decisions, open questions, blockers, commitments, takeaways, whichever the conversation actually produced. Every summary opens with a short overview, and key points cite the transcript so you can check what was really said.

“Mike will send the deck by Friday” becomes a to-do assigned to Mike and dated Friday, with a link back to where it was said. Epilude extracts only what was agreed out loud: it never invents an owner or guesses a deadline. Check items off, edit them, or re-extract the list after the meeting.

Your notes are files on your Mac
Every meeting saves as a Markdown file in a folder you choose (Documents by default), alongside a searchable library in the app. Open a note in Obsidian, paste it into Notion, or export a PDF when someone asks for a copy. Search finds any meeting by title, transcript, summary, or action item.
